Pick a bag, open the design studio on the product page, and type your words. Choose your thread colour, size, and position, then add it to your cart — no design skills needed.

Every bag is made to order. Digitising your design takes 1–3 days, then embroidery takes 3–5 days — so allow 4–8 working days before dispatch, plus delivery.

Thread doesn't crack, peel, or fade the way a printed design can. It's stitched into the fabric, not sat on top of it — made to last as long as the bag does.

Turn the bag inside out before washing, use a cool, gentle cycle, and avoid tumble drying or ironing directly over the stitched area. Hand washing will always be kindest to your thread.

We start working on your order quickly, so get in touch as soon as possible if something needs changing. Once a design has gone to production, we're not able to amend it.
