By placing an order with Broidery you agree to these terms.
Custom Orders
All items are made to order. By submitting your design you confirm that:
- You own the rights to all text and artwork included in your design, or have permission to use it
- Your design does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights
- Your design does not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
We reserve the right to refuse production of any design that we consider to violate these terms, without refund of any processing fees already incurred.
Design Accuracy
You are responsible for checking your design — including spelling, layout, and colour selection — before placing your order. We reproduce designs exactly as submitted.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
