Shipping policy
How It Works
Every bag is embroidered to order after your purchase. As every design is unique, each order goes through two stages before dispatch:
- Digitisation — your design is converted into embroidery machine instructions. This typically takes 1–3 working days (complex designs may take slightly longer).
- Production — the bag is embroidered and quality-checked. This takes a further 3–5 working days.
Total production time before dispatch: approximately 4–8 working days.
UK Delivery — Free
Shipping within the UK is included in the price of every product — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

International Delivery (EU & Rest of World)
A shipping contribution is added at checkout for orders outside the UK, reflecting the higher cost of international courier services. We may run reduced or free international shipping promotions from time to time — check the banner at the top of the site for current offers.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. All services above include tracking.
Peak Periods
Production and delivery estimates may extend during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day). We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
