We choose genuinely good blanks to start with — organic cotton, well made, built to last — then embroider each one to order, just for you. You may spot the original maker's label inside; that's simply where a considered bag begins, before we make it yours.
Caring for your embroidery
Turn the bag inside out before washing, use a cool, gentle cycle, and avoid tumble drying or ironing directly over the stitched area. Hand washing will always be kindest to your thread.
Make time & delivery
Every bag is made to order. Digitising your design takes 1–3 days, then embroidery takes 3–5 days — so allow 4–8 working days before dispatch, plus delivery. UK shipping is free.
